Our Google Calendar integration feature allows you to sync your lessons to your Google Calendar. This means you can keep track of your lessons in your personal Google Calendar, as well as receive email and pop-up notifications about your upcoming lessons.

Google Calendar integration can be easily accessed in Availability. Click the Google Calendar tab to get started and choose to Sign in with Google. You'll then be prompted to sign in to your chosen Google Account.

Once you've logged in, you can choose which calendar you would like your bookings saved to, as well as set your reminder preferences. You can sync your bookings to one of your chosen Google Calendars or create a new calendar. Make sure to choose a calendar you check regularly!

After clicking Save settings, your bookings will automatically sync to your Google Calendar.

You can change your chosen calendar, your reminder preferences, or disconnect your calendar entirely by visiting the Google Calendar tab at any time.

Your upcoming bookings will now appear as events on your Google Calendar. They will include information about the lesson's subject, level, the student for the lesson, as well as a link to your classroom to access the lesson easily.

Please note: any changes to bookings must be made on your Bookings tab. You cannot reschedule or cancel bookings using the Google Calendar event, and any changes will not be updated on the platform.
