Can I receive text notifications?

Tutors can now opt-in to receive text notifications, meaning you can be notified when a client messages you or if there's any changes to your bookings. Please note this feature is currently available for tutors only.

What can I be notified about?

Text notifications are available for:

  • New messages

  • Lesson requests

  • Lesson confirmations (if confirmed by the client)

  • Lesson cancellations

  • Rescheduling updates (requests, confirmations, cancellations, and rejections)

  • Rejected lesson requests (when you’ve suggested an alternative, but the client can’t do it)

You can choose to opt in to texts about Messages and/or Bookings.

How do I receive text notifications?

It's easy to opt-in to text notifications on the platform. Head to account settings and tick which notifications you'd like to opt-in to. You will start receiving text notifications straight away! You can opt-out at any time by unticking the box.

Please check your mobile number is correct

We have recently added country codes to mobile numbers. To ensure text notifications are working as they should, please check your country code and number is correct in your profile, especially if you have an international number.
