Can I exchange personal contact details with a tutor?

It is against our Terms and Conditions for any user to share their contact details for tuition. This includes an exchange of email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, and any social media accounts. 

We are unable to monitor any correspondence which takes place off the platform, which is a major safeguarding concern. 

We monitor the exchange of contact details regularly and we will be in contact/your account will be suspended if we believe you may have breached our Terms and Conditions.

Lessons can be booked through the PMT platform, our platform also features a built-in messenger, a feedback box, and a lesson plan box - all of which you can use to communicate. Therefore, there should never be a reason for personal contact details to be exchanged.
