The sidebar is not visible in my space

If the sidebar (or other tools) are missing during your lesson, please try the following steps.
If you believe a feature should be available but is not showing, refresh the page and rejoin the Space. You can toggle your view on the right hand side of your screen by selecting either: video grid, video sidebar or floating videos.
Browser extensions can sometimes interfere with Lessonspace features. Disable any browser extensions (for example PDF tools or ad blockers), then reload the page and check again.
If the issue continues, clear your browser cache and cookies, then reopen the Space.
You can also try opening the lesson in a different browser (we recommend the latest version of Google Chrome).
