What equipment do I need for online tutoring?

While we don’t have a minimum spec requirement, we do encourage our tutors to use the best and most reliable equipment they have access to, since it can dramatically enhance the service they provide. The main equipment you’ll need is:
A good, reliable computer
A quick, reliable internet connection
A high-quality webcam (if your computer doesn’t feature a built-in one)
A high-quality microphone (though we recommend a headset, for better sound quality).
Last but not least, you’ll also need a device to interact with the virtual whiteboard. This can be a touchscreen laptop, a graphics tablet, or an iPad and stylus.
