Can students join a lesson early?

No- students are not able to join a lesson before the scheduled lesson start time.

This is intentional and ensures you have time to prepare the lesson before the student joins the Space.

What should I do if my student cannot join?

If your student reports that they cannot join the Space, ask them to wait until the scheduled lesson start time and then click the lesson link again. They should then be able to join the Space normally.

What if we want to start the lesson earlier?

If you and your student would like to begin the lesson earlier than scheduled, the lesson will need to be formally rescheduled so the Space opens at the correct time.

What if the student still cannot join at the start time?

If your student is unable to join the Space after the scheduled start time, please contact us and include the lesson link and scheduled lesson time so we can investigate.
