What documents do I need for the ID verification step?
To complete an enhanced DBS check through our partnership with Personnel Checks, you’ll need to provide a set of identity documents for online ID verification.
You’ll need to provide three documents in total, and at least one must be from Group 1. They must come from the official DBS document groups (Group 1, Group 2a, and Group 2b). These documents are used to confirm your name, date of birth, and current address.
Important to note
The documents you provide must collectively confirm your name and date of birth.
All documents must be valid, current, and original.
Photocopies are not accepted.
Documents printed from the internet, such as online bank statements, cannot be used.
