How are search results ranked? What affects my ranking?

The PMT Education cyber wizards have equipped our database with a unique algorithm, which carefully calculates a variety of factors to give each of our tutors an individual ranking. These factors include hours taught, number of repeat students, number and percentage of positive reviews, and response times.
In simple terms, if you get good reviews, work often, and communicate well with parents and students, the better your ranking is likely to be.
