Can I have a lesson on another platform?

Our Terms and Conditions state all lessons must take place through our online whiteboard, LessonSpace, for safeguarding and quality assurance purposes. 

Having all lessons take place through LessonSpace allows PMT Education to accurately assess and address any complaints that may arise, as well as do our own periodic quality control.

This means you cannot use any other software for your lessons, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Classroom.

Students and their parents/guardians are also able to access LessonSpace recordings, which is why we ask for all lessons to take place through the platform.

We ask that you don’t use different platforms under any circumstance. In the event you or your student are having issues with the platform, we ask that you contact us straight away with an explanation of the issue and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
