Can I share my contact details with clients?

It is against our Terms and Conditions for any user to share their contact details for tuition. This includes an exchange of email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, and any social media accounts. 

We are unable to monitor any correspondence which takes place off the platform, which is a major safeguarding concern. 

We monitor the exchange of contact details regularly and we will be in contact if we believe you may have breached our Terms and Conditions.

Contacting clients off the platform is against our Terms and Conditions, and all correspondence must take place on the platform. If a parent or student wishes to discuss something with you, they can do so using the chat feature. Please contact us if you have any questions.
