What do I do if a tutor I message doesn’t respond?

We encourage all of our tutors to respond to messages promptly, given that their response time directly affects their position within our ranking system.
If you haven’t received a reply in days and it’s possible the tutor simply forgot to get back to you, then we recommend messaging them again. If you still don’t get a response, let us know so we can look into it.
