Are lessons recorded?

Yes, every single lesson taken on the PMT platform is automatically recorded and uploaded to our website. Students can privately stream their recordings, allowing them to recap or revise whenever they feel the need. Parents can also access these recordings to keep an eye on things.

No one else besides the student, the parent/guardian, and PMT Education have access to the student’s recordings, and they can’t be shared, downloaded, or streamed anywhere other than our platform. The copy we retain is kept within our secure archives and is solely for safety and quality control purposes.

No, you can’t. Recordings need to be stored for safeguarding purposes, to ensure that everyone on the platform has a safe and comfortable experience.

However, if you would rather keep your webcam off for the duration of your lesson, you can discuss this with your tutor beforehand.
