Will I be charged if there was no response to my lesson request?

If you’ve requested a lesson and never received a response, you might be wondering why.

You will never be charged for a lesson request which has expired. You will only ever be charged if a tutor has accepted your request (and you haven’t cancelled 48 hours before the start time). If you have any problems, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. 

We expect all of our tutors to reply promptly to messages and lesson requests. Tutors failing to do so will be affected negatively in search results, or may even have their account suspended if inactivity continues. If this tutor hasn’t responded to your lesson requests a few times, or they have agreed over messages to hold a lesson and then not responded, please let us know and we will investigate further.
