What should I do if a parent asks to pay for a lesson in cash or through another platform (e.g. PayPal)?

Tutors for PMT Education must only accept payment through our platform. If a parent offers to pay you outside our platform (e.g. a direct bank transfer or an e-wallet such as PayPal), you should let us know immediately.
The reason for this is your protection. If you’ve agreed to take payment outside our platform and the parent/billpayer fails to pay, it’ll be out of our hands and we won’t be able to help you.
If we suspect you're taking students off our platform, we reserve the right to suspend your account. Please read our T&Cs for more information.
