Can I offer free trials or taster sessions?

Before launching the platform, we spoke with many tutors to understand their views on free trials. The vast majority felt strongly that their time and expertise should always be valued- and we completely agree.

For that reason, PMT Education does not allow free trials or taster sessions to take place on the platform. Just like any other professional service, tutoring deserves fair payment for the tutor’s skills and preparation.

If a billpayer or student asks about a free trial or taster session, we kindly ask that you explain this policy and decline the request.
