What is the difference between the billpayer/tutor chat and the billpayer/tutor/student chat?

The billpayer/tutor chat is a private chat between the parent/guardian and the tutor. It’s a useful space for relaying information that you may want to keep between you and your tutor.
The billpayer/tutor/student chat is, as the name suggests, a space for all three of you to communicate together. Any changes to bookings will also be visible in the group chat. You’ll all be able to see what’s posted here, so it’s an ideal way to keep everyone in the loop.
