How do I cancel a lesson?

If you need to cancel a lesson, go to your bookings tab and click the 3 dots next to your upcoming booking. Then click Cancel booking.
You’ll be prompted to explain why you’re cancelling the lesson.
Tutors have the right to charge, either partially or in full, if you cancel a lesson within 48 hours. To find out more, please consult our cancellation policy.
