What happens if my tutor is late?

We encourage all of our tutors to be punctual, but there may be occasions when they’re running a bit late. If that happens, we ask that our tutors try to keep the lesson going a bit longer than scheduled, to make up the time. 

If your tutor is running 15 minutes late or longer without notifying you, you can count them as a no show. All you need to do is exit the lesson and send us an email and we will look into it. If we decide your tutor is a no show, you will be refunded in full for the lesson.

You or your tutor may decide it would be better to make up the lost lesson time at another point rather than refund the lesson. For example, your tutor may be available to have the lesson run over the scheduled end time, or they may suggest to make up the time after your next lesson together. This is an option you can discuss with your tutor. In circumstances like these, you won’t be refunded for the lesson as the time has been accounted for elsewhere.
