I wasn’t happy with my first lesson, what can I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Sometimes it can take a couple of sessions to feel comfortable with a new tutor but if your first lesson wasn’t what you expected, we’re here to help.

If you’re unsure about the match, simply get in touch with us and let us know what didn’t work for you, and what you’d prefer instead – whether that’s a different teaching style, pace, personality, or level of support.

Because every tutor on PMT Education is personally interviewed, we have a good understanding of each tutor’s strengths and approach. This means we can recommend someone who may be a better fit and help you make the best choice moving forward.
