I’m a billpayer, what happens if my student forgets about their lesson?

Here at PMT Education, we understand how busy life can be, and sometimes a packed schedule can result in a lesson slipping a student’s mind. However, we believe our tutors are entitled to be compensated for their time and expertise if a lesson doesn’t go ahead as planned. 

That’s why if your student doesn’t turn up to their lesson within 15 minutes of the start time, whether or not you’ll be charged is at the tutor’s discretion, as outlined in our cancellation policy. Payment will be taken as soon as a lesson begins, but if you explain the situation to the tutor as soon as possible, they may decide to partially or fully refund your lesson. To do this, they’ll have to get in touch with us.
