What can I do if my payment fails while I’m booking a lesson?
Payments can fail for a number of reasons. For example, your card details may be incorrect, your bank may have declined the payment, or there may not be enough funds available on your card.
If your payment fails, please check that:
your card details are correct
your card has not expired
your bank has not blocked the payment
there are sufficient funds available to cover the lesson cost
If everything looks correct but you still cannot book your lesson, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Why might my booking fail because of insufficient funds?
Before a lesson takes place, we carry out a card authorisation check to confirm that sufficient funds are available on your card.
If there are not enough funds available when the check is carried out, your booking may fail or be cancelled.
