How will I know if I have been refunded for a lesson?

How will I know a refund has been issued?

If a refund is issued for a lesson, you'll receive a refund receipt by email from Stripe, our payment processor.

Where can I track my refund?

You can track refunds in Payment history. The payment's status will be updated to Refunded, and the refunded amount will be shown in the Refund column.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

The refund will be sent back to the original payment method used to pay for the lesson.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few working days for the refund to appear in your account, although in some cases it can take up to 10 days.

If you've received a refund receipt but the refund hasn't appeared in your account after 10 days, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
