I can’t access my lesson recording
Lesson recordings are usually available within 24 hours after the lesson has finished. If you cannot see the recording yet, please allow some time for it to process.
Check the device you are using
Lesson recordings can only be viewed on a laptop or desktop computer. They are not accessible on phones or tablets.
If you are trying to access the recording on a mobile device, please try again using a laptop or desktop.
Allow time for the recording to load
Internet speed can affect how quickly a recording loads. If the video is slow to start or buffers, allow a moment for it to load.
It can also help to press play and let the recording run briefly before skipping ahead, as jumping forward immediately can cause the video to stall.
Other things to keep in mind
Recordings can only be streamed on the platform and cannot be downloaded or shared outside the system.
You can adjust the playback speed if you would like to review material more slowly or quickly.
