I can’t do the date/time a client has requested, what do I do?

If you can’t make the time or date that your client has requested, you have two options. You can either suggest an alternative date, or you can decline the request outright.

To decline a request or suggest an alternative date, click the red ‘reject’ button next to a lesson request.

You will then be prompted to explain why you are rejecting the request. You can offer an alternative date and time based on your availability using the drop down boxes.

Or, if you click “Reject without an alternative suggestion”, the lesson request will be declined entirely.

If you suggest an alternative date/time, this will send a message to the client, who will either accept your suggestion, cancel their request, or offer another alternative suggestion (to your alternative suggestion!).
