Ideally you should get back to clients as quickly as possible. There’s every possibility an enquiring parent could have contacted multiple tutors at once, so if you don’t get back to them quickly, then another tutor might snag the booking instead.
Your message response time is also a major factor our algorithm uses to calculate where you rank on our database – so you certainly don’t want to keep people on read for too long.
