What is a lesson suggestion? How do I respond to it?

Our tutors can’t book lessons on your behalf, but they can suggest lesson slots for you to book.

When your tutor sends you a lesson suggestion, you’ll get a message outlining the lesson(s) they’ve suggested.

Click Complete booking request to open up a booking request form. 

All of your tutor’s suggestions will be autofilled, you’ll just have to fill out school year, predicted grade and grade aiming to achieve.

If you’re happy with your tutor’s suggestions, submit your booking request just as normal. 

This process works exactly the same as a normal booking request, so even though your tutor has suggested the lesson times, they still need to accept your request before the booking is confirmed. 

Your tutor will respond to each lesson request individually, so they may not accept every single slot you’ve asked for. You’ll be able to keep track of this in your Bookings tab.
