Where can I view and keep track of my payments?

We keep your payment information neatly organised in your Payment history, which you can access via the drop down menu in your dashboard.

Here, you’ll be able to see all of your past and pending payments for lessons, organised by date.

You can see how much you’ll be charged in the Amount column, and whether a payment is complete or pending in the Payment status column. If you’ve had to cancel a lesson within 48 hours, you’ll also be able to see if you have been refunded or partially refunded in the Refund column.

You can easily export your transactional history by clicking the Download all button in the top right of the page. You’re also able to export specific lessons by selecting them on the left and choosing to download those selected lessons only.
