Where can I view and keep track of my payments?

We keep your payment information organised in your Transactional history, which you can access in Payments.

Here, you’ll be able to see all of your past and pending payments for lessons, organised by date.

The table shows:

• Amount - how much you'll be charged for each lesson

• Payment status - whether a payment is complete or pending

• Refund - whether you've received a full or partial refund for a lesson

To export your payment history, click Download all in the top-right corner of the page.

You’re also able to export specific lessons by selecting them on the left and choosing to download those selected lessons only.
