A tutor has asked me to pay for lessons outside the platform. What should I do?

Every payment for lessons must be made through our platform.

If a tutor asks you to pay via another method (e.g. an e-wallet, direct bank transfer, or another platform), please decline and let us know straight away.

The reason we insist on this is for your security – payments made outside our platform are beyond our control. If you choose to pay a tutor directly and something goes wrong (for example, you don’t receive the lesson), we won’t be able to investigate or help resolve the issue.
