A tutor has asked me to pay for lessons in cash or via another platform, what should I do?

Every payment you make to us must be through the PMT Education website. If a tutor asks you to pay in cash or by another payment method (e.g. an e-wallet or direct bank transfer), decline their offer and let us know immediately.
The reason we insist on this is for everyone’s protection – payments handled beyond our platform are beyond our control. If you fail to pay a tutor, or a tutor fails to deliver the lesson you’ve already paid for, we won’t be able to help either of you.
