How can I change my payment method?

You can update your payment method at any time by adding a new card or removing an existing one. All payment details are managed in your Payments section.

How to add a new payment method

To change the card used for payments, go to Payments and select Payment methods.

Click Add new payment method to enter a new card. Enter your card details in the pop up box and press the Create method button.

You can then choose to delete any old cards by clicking on the bin icon to the right of your card details.

Important information

You can only remove a card if you have lessons scheduled to begin more than 72 hours away.

If you have lessons booked within the next 72 hours, you won’t be able to:

  • Delete the card used for those bookings

  • Change the payment method for those lessons

Using your saved cards

When you add a new payment method, your card details will be saved so you can select which card you would like to use when requesting lessons.
