How can I change my payment method?
If you would like to change the card used to make payments, you can access and edit your saved card details in Payments. Just navigate to this page and go to Payment methods.
To add a new card, click Add new payment method and enter your new details.
You can then choose to delete any old cards by clicking on the bin icon to the right of your card details.
If you have lessons booked but you'd like to swap the card they're booked with, you can do this if the booking is more than 72 hours away. You can find more information in our FAQ: Can I change the card I booked my lesson with?
Important information
Please note that you cannot delete a card or change the payment method for any bookings scheduled to start within the next 72 hours.
This is because our card authorisation check takes place 72 hours before the lesson start time. Once this check has been triggered, the payment method for that booking cannot be changed.
If you need to use a different card for a lesson starting within 72 hours, you’ll need to cancel and rebook the lesson using your preferred card.
