What happens if I fail a card authorisation check?

We carry out a card authorisation check 72 hours before your lesson start time to confirm that sufficient funds are available on your card.

If the authorisation check fails, we'll email you and automatically try again 48 hours before the lesson.

If the second authorisation check is successful, your booking will remain confirmed and no further action is required.

If the second authorisation check also fails, your lesson will be automatically cancelled and you'll need to book it again once the issue has been resolved.
