I've cancelled a lesson but I've still been charged. Why?

If you cancel a lesson within 48 hours of the lesson start time, your tutor may choose to charge all or part of the lesson fee in line with our cancellation policy.

Tutors have the option to charge 100%, 50%, or 0% of the lesson fee when a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the lesson start time.

We leave this decision to tutors because they have reserved time for the lesson and may have lost the opportunity to book another student at short notice.
